We process the data you provide voluntarily via the contact forms on our website: your name or company name, e-mail address, phone number, VAT ID (if provided) and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer and establish and conduct cooperation.
We process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given when submitting the form) and Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (taking action at the request of the data subject and the controller’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries and business contact).
Data may be entrusted to entities supporting us technically and organisationally — in particular our hosting and e-mail providers — solely to the extent necessary to provide those services. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
